Baking Bread

I think my newest obsession is making different types of bread.

Tonight, I made Hong Kong-style (Coconut) Cocktail Buns.

  

I’m super satisfied with the outcome. The texture was just how I imagined – firm on the outside and soft on the inside. And the coconut filling just melts in your mouth!

My only problem was I ran out of dough early on. I’ll need to make more soon in that case.

  

What else should I bake?
