I’ve been experiencing a lot of joint pain this week so I’ve been in need of some relaxation during the unusual amount of time I’ve spent home lately…which means more home cooking!
This time, a Baileys infused Tres Leches cake for my beloved coworker’s birthday! 🎊🎁🎉🍰
The entire process took two hours but was pretty fun and easy to do.
Ream and I followed the recipe. But then we made whipped Baileys frosting and a liquid filling also infused with Baileys. I don’t think I’ve ever even drank this much Irish Creme in my life, let alone baked with it.
Needless to say, this dessert makes rum cakes seem far less boozy than usual.
