Saw this article last week and thought it was super useful for those who are trying to better organize their life or creatively outlet their mental health.

Bullet journaling is so much fun, and so centering. I have been doing this myself for 8 years already and I can honestly attest to how much it has helped me get through both the good and bad after all this time. Even for a few minutes a day, it makes a difference. In fact, when I don’t journal often, I get really overwhelmed because I have too many thoughts in my head and no space to see it in front of me.
